Banana bread muffins made with apple sauce and peanut butter as the fat. Inspired by Isa M’s mini loaves! They came out super fluffy, moist and just like, so amazingly awesome. Banana and peanut butter is one of my favorite flavor combinations! Exclamation points! YEAH!
